Terms of Service

1. The seller

SignDeck (signdeck.io) is owned and operated by Nordic Ehandel Experten AB, a company registered in Sweden. Contact: support@signdeck.io. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

2. The service

SignDeck lets you upload documents, send them for electronic signature to customers, employees and suppliers, collect typed or drawn signatures with UTC date stamps and audit trails, schedule signing reminders, purchase editable Microsoft Word contract templates, and collaborate on documents with comments and revision history.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for having the authority to send the documents you upload.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries related to billing and handles returns, taxes and invoicing. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.

Prices are charged in USD; amounts displayed in SEK, NOK, DKK or EUR are indicative conversions at a fixed rate. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout.

5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a contract allowance per billing period (10, 50, 100 or unlimited); the first contract on a free account is included at no cost. You may switch plans at any time, with the difference prorated by Paddle. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. If a renewal payment fails, we notify you and allow a grace period before access is suspended.

6. Digital templates

Purchased Word templates are licensed to you for unlimited internal business use. You may not resell or redistribute them as standalone templates. Templates are general samples and are not legal advice; have a qualified lawyer review any contract before use.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use SignDeck for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing documents, to impersonate others, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to attempt to breach the security of the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

9. Electronic signatures and disclaimers

SignDeck provides tooling for electronic signatures and audit records. We do not guarantee that a given signature is enforceable in your jurisdiction and we provide no legal advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, with the courts of Sweden having jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
